Your contact details, photos, and testimonials are subject to our promotional purposes and we take all due care of their privacy. Hereby, you are permitting us to use them as per our requirement. Truemaths reserves the right to claim its credit by publishing the student’s name & photograph in various media whether print or electronic for publicity.

Payment Terms

Some features of the website may require payment of a fee. By providing your payment information, you agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your use of the website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

The website is provided “as is,” without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Truemaths shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Truemaths take admission as per its available resources (cause to undergo unexpected conditions and natural organizational risks). The company makes arrangements for infrastructure, faculty, and other requirements several months before the commencement of the academic session. Therefore every student taking admission have to pay the complete fee as per their respective course fee, under any conditions no fee will be refunded to any student. 

The information given on the Online/Offline Registration / Application Form etc. is correct to the best of your knowledge and belief. In the event of any information being found to be incorrect or false, your admission may be canceled.

Kindly confirm that during counseling, you got all the details regarding the preparation of various courses as well as other career options. You have decided to take admission in courses in the interest accord of your ward.

You solemnly affirm that the institute has the right to send you emails (e-newsletters), sms alerts / Whatsapp alerts, and post on the mentioned communication details.

Registration/Application/Test fee (Including GST) is not refundable under any circumstance whether you appear for the test or not or whether you have taken admission or not. Students will ensure to appear for the Selection Test as per schedule. If the student misses the selection test for any reason the Re-registration request will not be entertained in any condition.

A convenience fee may be charged/levied on online payments by various payment methods available on the website. Please evaluate all the options before proceeding.

Any legal matter/dispute is subject to Dehradun City (Uttarakhand) Jurisdiction only.

You hereby severally and jointly declare that you have read and understood all the clauses contained in the Declaration on the Registration and agree to abide by them without any reservation or ambiguity.

Refund Policy

• We have tried to give all the relevant information on our website about the services we will deliver. No claim can be made on the grounds that a service was not provided, a service that we have not mentioned on our website.
• Fees once submitted will not be refunded in any circumstances.
• Fess that is to be submitted in installments should be submitted on time, late submissions may invite penalties.
• Failure to pay fees may lead to expulsion.
• The company or the management is not responsible for any glitches during online transactions.

Note: the decision of what is minor and what does not rest with the academy.
